Many of my previous posts have had artists from 1000 Markets featured. Well, 1000 Markets has changed to Bonanza! If the links no longer work, my apologies. Bonanza was supposed to convert easily, moving seller's stock from one site to the other, with a link to the new shop as well.
My shop, of course, didn't convert. They somehow lost my items in the move! So, my 1000 Markets shop is closed, and so far I haven't bothered to try to open one on Bonanza. My Etsy shop, however, is being renovated and is still open!
For anyone else who made the switch, was it worth it? How do you like Bonanza?
'Til next time!

Fine Wire-Wrappers from 1000 Markets
Wire-wrapping is one art form that I have not delved into; I've messed around with copper wire and a little bit of silver wire here and there, but nothing too extravagant. It is, however, a very gorgeous and versatile medium for jewelry. Straight up wire designs, multicolored designs, designs with beads, or designs with set stones; organic, mechanical, fantastical, or simple. The list goes on, but I'm going to show you some fabulous wire artists instead!
Here are 6 jewelers from 1000 Markets:

Please visit these artists shops for more awesome designs! And remember that these are only 6 of the great wire-wrappers on 1000 Markets - be sure to search for other great artists as well!
Next time I'll showcase artists from Etsy, or move onto chainmaille....I haven't quite decided!
And REMEMBER: Once I have 42 followers, I will host the next Double or Nothing Jewelry Giveaway! The prizes get bigger each time, so spread the word so you can enter to win!
Also, the Expectacular Mega Giveaway is still going on!

Amazing Glass Jewelry Artists
I was perusing new jewelry submissions on DeviantArt when I came across some awesome glass jewelry that made me wonder what else was out there. I'm not talking about glass beaded jewelry, but handmade glass jewelry - fused, dichroic, furnace, etc. Here are 6 amazing artists that I've chosen to feature:
Each artist here has a variety of pieces available in his/her shop - so check them out for more designs (links above). I have only chosen 6 artists from Etsy and 1000 Markets - there are many more talents out there with beautiful and intricate designs. Searching for other artists is worth it as you never know what precious find you will make!

Paper Jewely Artists on 1000 Markets
In this month's theme of "unique," I continue with my second paper jewelry showcase! I had a hard time finding 6 unique paper jewelry artists on 1000 Markets, which I wasn't expecting since Etsy had quite a few and I got to pick and choose. I have done it, however! So, without any more ado, here they are:
Each of these artists has as wide variety of items in their shops, some designs incorporate paper into non-jewelry items, and some designs have other mediums. It's worth it to check out their shops for more (links above) and to do your own search at 1000 Markets!

Unique Resin-Based Jewelry
I stumbled across a truly unique piece of resin jewelry the other day (don't worry, it's shown below with the others!), and it made me wonder what else was out there. We've all seen resin-based jewelry - it's usually a lovely or cute image covered in clear resin and set in a pendant or a ring. I'm not showing you this type of resin jewelry - I'm showcasing some more creative artists. Utilizing recycled materials, using unique molds, and taking that extra step to create some truly beautiful and whimsical designs!
Each of the artists showcased here have many pieces available in their shops, including some work that isn't resin based. Visit their shops to see what else their talents have created (links above). There are many other talented resin artists out there, so search through Etsy or 1000 Markets for resin-based jewelry that calls to your tastes!

Truly Unique - Cheap Date Jewelry
This month I'm moving on from beadweaving artists (mostly) to showcase some truly creative and unique jewelry. First up is Cheap Date Jewelry (I even love the store name!) with her Guitar String Line. She collects old guitar strings from bands to make this awesome jewelry collection. Rockin'!
And if this isn't for you, or you prefer color, check out her Blooming Line. She has a wide range of color and pattern in both earrings and rings. My personal favorites are the aqua studs shown below.

Her other jewelry is just as chic and modern. Cheap Date Jewelry has a wonderful sense of design - you are sure to find something of hers to fall in love with! Check out her store at 1000 Markets for more.

More Beadweaving Artists from 1000 Markets
And now I present 6 more beadweavers from 1000 Markets, as promised. These designs are more versatile and are perfect for everyday wear or a night out! I love the creative use of color and design in these pieces especially - and hope you enjoy them too.
All of the artists shown here have many designs available in their shops - so check them out for more (links above). There are also many other beadweaving artists on 1000 Markets, so don't feel I've shown you all there is to see!
I'll be featuring more artists with unique jewelry materials or styles in the future - but the next post will be a beadweaving tutorial, so come back because you might learn something fun!

Beadweaving Artists on 1000 Markets
I love beadweaving, but it takes a lot of time. My pieces are simple in comparison because I just don't have the patience for the type of work I've chosen to feature below. Each piece takes hours of planning and beading. And now for 6 very impressive, patient artists found on 1000 Markets!
Each artist featured here has a variety of pieces and prices available in their shops (links above). These are only a few of the amazing beadweaving (and bead embroidering) artists on 1000 Markets. There are many other styles available, so check back next post when I feature 6 more beadweavers from 1000 Markets whose work is just as lovely in slightly less extravagant styles!
And after that, I'll be featuring some beadweaving basics tutorials followed by project instructions! Whoo, about time!
